Hello All! My next 5 posts will be featuring items from OutletSL. There are a few more days left for you to shop the great buys they have so I wanted to make sure I showed you some of the goodies. There are many shopping events on SL these days and lots of them are good but it's always great when the event distinguishes itself in some way, like for instance, OutletSL features all items that are 150L or under, with lots to choose from. From time to time we all like to splurge but if you still love to shop bargains and save some lindens make your way over to OutletSL. The first on my list is this lovely "Mini Jumper" in blue by Sevyn East Avenue. Just the thing to spend the last days of summer in! Fashionably Yours... xox Arianna Styling Credits
Styled by Arianna Jasmine "AJ" Hair: Dolce by LeLutka Necklace and Purse Not Available Jumper: Mini Jumper in Blue (Belleza Version) by Sevyn East Avenue (Available at OutletSL) Poses: Posesion Location: Aradia Greetings Readers! Today I'm bringing you a pair of fantastic summer sandals from Petit Chat. These sandals are featured at The Book of Daniel Event. This event takes place from September 10th - 20th and has over 120 designers that have contributed items. If you are wondering what The Book of Daniel is about I've included an excerpt from the Neva Estates website, a community that is involved in this very worthy cause. Read below to understand just how special this cause really is: The Book of Daniel Imagine that life is a book, imagine that you are a page in someone’s life. Some of us may be just a line in Daniel’s book, some of us – a page or even a chapter, some might give his story-line a while new meaning, and some might never even appear in it. Imagine that a single line can twist a person’s fate and change the ending of their book because yes, every story has an ending. But we can share and contribute in order to add more pages or even chapters to Daniel’s. Our dear friend Daniel Estro, 29 years old, (co-owner of Zerkalo, Shiny Shabby and The Crossroads) has cancer and desperately needs our help. The fight for his life began when doctors discovered a malignant tumor in his brain, about 7 centimeters in diameter. Daniel underwent life-threatening surgery to remove the tumor. The surgery went well. However, several weeks later what was left of the tumor spread throughout his brain and started affecting his brain function.. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy as well as radiotherapy. He is fighting as hard as he can to survive but as many of you might know, fighting cancer is very expensive. We have been trying our absolute best to help them financially and we still are. But we need your help. We are doing everything humanly possible and it’s just not enough. We need your help. Please help us save him. If you find the kindness in your heart to help, you will be saving not one life but two. His RL/SL wife, Anais, is 28 years old and Daniel is all she has. Zerkalo was their only source of income and Anais is unable to work without Daniel because he was the brand’s designer and mesh creator. They are so young and in love. They are two pieces of one whole, they give meaning to each others stories, and one cannot exist without the other. Please help us support these wonderful people in every way that we can. They could have their whole lives ahead of them, and it’s up to us whether they do or not. Even the smallest bit of help will make an enormous difference, so please remember what you do will help save two beautiful lives. We know that to you they might be strangers or just someone you have seen from afar here and there, but just like you and I, they are two real people facing very difficult obstacles, and needing all the help in the world. Help today, for tomorrow you might be the one who needs it! So now that you've read about this very brave man and his fight, join us in helping him raise money to beat this thing and to get well. Petit Chat one of my favorite brands, has stepped up offering a lovely "Beaded Sandal" available in rigged versions for Belleza, Maitreya and Slink mesh feet. The non-rigged version included can be made to work with almost any other mesh feet brands with a bit of tweaking and adjusting. There are 8 color versions available including: Black & White, Camel, Grass, Peach, Purple, Red & Black, Rose, and Sky. I'm wearing the Peach version in the photos. These delightful sandals are 100% original mesh and textures created by Trinity Yazimoto. They are the pair you reach for over and over during the summer. Not only are they functional with a neoprene base but they are adorable, with beaded wire and 3 band ankle strap. Don't you just love it when something so comfy also looks so good? I know I sure do! So today I explored the beach and boardwalk in style wearing my "Beaded Sandal". I thought about Daniel and prayed for him and I thought about all the petty complaining I do about things that aren't important and all the wonderful things I take for granted. The truth is we do take our health for granted until we don't have it anymore. So not only will I wear my "Beaded Sandals" to be comfy and look good but I will wear them to remind me of all the great things I have and how truly thankful I am for all of them. Thanks Petit Chat! Fashionably Yours... xox Arianna Styling Credits

About Breast Cancer: Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in the United States, other than skin cancer. It is the second leading cause of cancer death in women, after lung cancer. The chance of a woman having invasive breast cancer some time during her life is about 1 in 8. The chance of dying from breast cancer is about 1 in 36. Breast cancer death rates have been going down. This is probably the result of finding the cancer earlier and better treatment. Right now there are more than 2.8 million breast cancer survivors in the United States. The American Cancer Society estimates for breast cancer in men in the United States for 2016 are: About 2,600 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed About 440 men will die from breast cancer Breast cancer is about 100 times less common among men than among women. For men, the lifetime risk of getting breast cancer is about 1 in 1,000. The number of breast cancer cases in men relative to the population has been fairly stable over the last 30 years. About Making Strides Against Breast Cancer: Making Strides Against Breast Cancer or MSABC is the largest network of breast cancer awareness events in the nation, uniting more than 300 communities to finish the fight. Every breast cancer walk and event is an incredible and inspiring opportunity to honor those who have battled breast cancer, raise awareness about what we can do to reduce our breast cancer risk, and race money to help the American Cancer Society fight the disease with research, information, services, and access to mammograms for women who need them. About The American Cancer Society: For more than 100 years, the American Cancer Society (ACS) has worked relentlessly to save lives and create a world with less cancer and more birthdays. Together with millions of our supporters worldwide, we help people stay well, help people get well, find cures, and fight back against cancer. SOS has just started and already the donations are rolling in. It's wonderful to see everyone coming together for such a great cause! The first fashion show was yesterday and I was fortunate enough to be a part of it as an AIM model. I wore this amazing dress by Emberotic's Fashion Design, called "The Ava Dress". This stunning long dress has a deep scoop neckline and hip high slit showing the left leg off. It's beyond sexy! The dress also comes with a color change HUD which offers a variety of choices although I chose to wear black. The gold infused cowl fabric of the neckline sets off your decollete beautifully. I complimented the dress with a gorgeous set of jewelry from Misha, called "Empire". It has an art deco feel and works perfectly with the dress. My hair is a style called, "Gina" by FaiRodis. It's dramatic and definitely makes a statement! Fashionably Yours... xox Arianna Styling Credits

It's true! There are only 8 days left until the next round of InspirationSL opens on September 18th. What does the next round hold? Well everything Bjorky of course! That's right! The next round will be all about things Bjork. I can hardly wait to see what the designers have in store for us! Knowing the round will be dedicated to Bjork I did some research into this delightful woman and I'm so glad I did. She has been iconic for sure and in the last 3 decades she has managed to reinvent and market herself with amazing skill. Even at an early age Bjork was fashion-wise and counted Martin Margiela, Walter Van Beirendonck, and Alexander McQueen among her favorite designers but her wearing of the "Swan Dress' designed by Marjan Pejoski to the 2001 Academy Awards elevated her to new fashion icon heights. She still has an eye for the cutting edge and the rare, enjoying the designs of Iris van Herpen, a Dutch designer that uses 3D printing to make her amazingly architectural garments. Knowing of Bjork's marvelous taste and her ability to discover the most unique, impressive ensembles I'm really looking forward to the 18th. If you'd like to learn more about this fabulous woman, just click on the link below for some fascinating reading. About Models Giving Back Models Giving Back is an agency of professional, certified SecondLife models who give of their time and talents to raise funds for legitimate and verified SL and RL charities. Models Giving Back was founded in October of 2012 by Jamee Sandalwood after a previous agency dedicated to charity work was forced to close due to the owner leaving SecondLife. Jamee felt the work that was being done needed to be continued and set out to lead the models that were already a part of the former agency into new and bigger endeavors at the newly created Models Giving Back. To date the agency has partnered with dozens of designers and provided models for runway, print and other functions that support charities around SL. Rock Your Rack is the creation of Jamee Sandalwood and is owned exclusively by Models Giving Back in SecondLife. The National Breast Cancer Foundation was founded in 1991 by breast cancer survivor, Janelle Hail. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1980 at the age of 34. At the time of her diagnosis, there was little information about the disease, and she was forced to make a decision about her health with few options. After her treatment, Janelle made a commitment to help women around the world by educating them about breast cancer and the importance of early detection. NBCF’s mission is to save lives through early detection and to provide mammograms for those in need. This mission includes increasing awareness through education, providing diagnostic breast care services for those in need, and providing nurturing support services. www.nationalbreastcancer.org Greetings! ReVamped has started again and with this new round are lots of wonderful items. The dress I'm showing you is from Spyralle and it's called, "Endellion". I'm wearing it in black here but it comes in several colors including one called rebel, which is a lovely shocking fuchsia shade. I'm also wearing the "Mila Necklace and Ring" by Tantalum Jewelry. These delicate looking pieces have a great organic feel to them, they remind me of a bird's nest with the gems nestled inside. Clicking on the pieces brings up a menu that allows you to change both the metal and gem colors affording plenty of options for wearing this amazing set.
