Hi Everyone! I absolutely love the "Pepeke Dress" by Prism. I'm wearing the red beetles version. It is also available in Dragonflies and Bees. It comes in the standard Fitmesh version as well as those for popular mesh bodies. It's a lovely summer sun dress! With it I'm wearing a brand new hairdo from the Hair Fair 2017 that is opening tomorrow. It's called, "Darla" by Lovey Dovey. It's long tight curls piled on top the head in an updo with escaping tendrils about the face. It's just lovely! I'll be putting more info in the "What's Happening" section regarding Hair Fair 2017 soon so be sure to check back. For now I'm off to do about a million errands I have on my list for today. I love how cool and comfortable linen is against my skin in the heat of the summer. Ghee has captured the casual and comfy linen pant for summer in the latest design called, "Stripey Linen Jeans" now available at Designer Showcase. These linen favorites are offered in versions for all the most popular mesh bodies and come in both a regular length and one for heels. With zipper, decorative button and scooped out front pockets these pants are going to become a summer staple for me. I didn't think it could get any better but Ghee also offers us a cute matching top called, "Summer Blouse". The top is also available at this round of Designer Showcase. A deep v-neck top with a peek-a-boo cutout in the back done in a soft sheer material perfect for the hot weather makes this one a winner! Both the jeans and blouse come in the spring 2017 color palette that Ghee offers. I'm wearing both in the color yarrow. I was going to head to one of the local flea markets to do some treasure hunting and this outfit would be just right for it! I added a nice statement necklace, an oldie but a goody from Kunglers called, "Anemona" in rainbow. My hair is short and sleek in a perfect bob called, "Daniella" by CHG Fashion. My manicure is by IP Nails and it's called, "Gender". Available this week at the Second Pride Festival 2017, you don't want to miss it! This round of SWANK is all about dark romance and the designers have outdone themselves. I had the privilege of wearing Heartsdale's "Dark Romance" collar, cuffs and earrings in the SWANK Preview Fashion Show with the Amazing Impressions Agency, AIM. The delicate and intricately detailed lace is decorated with large and lovely gemstones. It's a stunning set that can worn with many different outfits. I chose to show it to you with the "Mirage Dress" by Just Because. A slinky dress cut down to there with a longer in back silhouette called for some sexy stockings and I found just what I was looking for in the "Suki" lingerie set by Avanti. InspirationSL has started and the theme of this round is Betty Boop. Created by cartoon animator Max Fleischer, Betty Boop became a cultural icon in the 1930s. A symbol of the bygone roaring twenties and all of its wonderful debauchery, the cartoon was a hit with adults and later with children, when she became more toned down. The designers have outdone themselves for this round! I chose to wear this fabulous camisole by Psychedelic Peas called, "Betty's Cami". It's available in standard mesh sizes with alpha and also in versions for Slink and Maitreya mesh bodies. It's very feminine with lace, little red bows and garters. Done in red, black and white, the typical colors of Miss Boop, it's striking.  Stylist, Model and Photographer: Arianna Jasmine  I chose to wear these amazing fishnet stockings and heels called, "Brandi Bow Stocking Heels" by Mesh Agency. They come with a HUD that allows an incredible array of choices. Trimmed with small metal studs with a cut out in the back topped with a bow these stockings are a perfect complement for my stunning cami. I've included a photo of the HUD below so you can see all the options for yourself. The stockings come in Slink, Belleza and Maitreya versions.   Also offered at InspirationSL is the jewelry I'm wearing called, "A Summer of Betty Necklace and Earrings" by Petit Chat. The anchor shaped pieces are adorned with shells and starfish and come with a HUD that allows you to change the colors of both as well as the base. The set would be the perfect addition to your summer jewelry wardrobe. Casual and fun you could wear it with almost everything! Although I couldn't find an exact duplicate of the Betty Boop hairdo I fell in love with "Shirabi" by Argrace. This tousled short and layered style accentuates my cheekbones perfectly and the texture as always with Argrace is sublime.   Brandi Bow Stockings by Mesh Agency HUD The pillow with poses is from Lush Poses. It offers a HUD to change the textures of the pillow and includes the fun and sexy poses you see in the photos. It's a beautiful Sunday here and the last evening for the Chinese Lantern Festival. This fun and festive event is something our family gathers for followed by meeting up afterward at a favorite restaurant for some tasty Chinese food. I'm dressed to go in a fantastically feminine sundress by Entice called, "The Greatest Dress" available now at Designer Showcase. I grabbed the fatpack which comes with two exclusive colors loaded into the convenient HUD. I chose one of the exclusive options for my outfit. It's a wonderful print of ferns in colors of green with tropical flowers in tones of pink. I fell in love with the very high cut side and the shoulder ties, perfect touches of femininity. It's offered in versions for all the popular mesh bodies. The bag I'm carrying is an amazing match and the reason is because it's the "Grace Purse" by Petit Chat. It is offered in several base colors, I'm holding the grey, each coming with a HUD that allows you to change the various parts of the bag. I've included a photo of the HUD below so you can see the many options. This allowed me to really customize the look of it and I was very pleased with the end result.  Stylist, Model and Photographer: Arianna Jasmine "AJ"   Grace Purse HUD I have to say that I've always been a hat girl. I found a great one to accompany the dress in the "Cherry Hat" by Petit Chat. This hat comes with eight choices for the hat itself as well as eight choices for the hat band. The ruffled brim is fun and flirty with the perfect touch coming from the delightful cherries all around the band. I've included the HUD below so you can see the different selections you have for colors. When you first attach your hat it does sit further back on the head then you see here but it was easy for me to reposition a bit more forward and at a tilt which, is how I like to wear my hats. I also read Trinity Yazimoto's notecard on how to customize the wonderful pieces she designs and so I did darken the cherries and the cherry leaves by following her instructions. I am also wearing "Coins Necklace, Bracelet and Earrings" by Meva. These bold pieces are made up of thick gold rings in multiple strands with decorative coins hanging from the last strand. As always Meva does a fabulous job of texturing so the gold looks rich and lovely. It's not a new set but it remains one of my favorites.    Cherry Hat HUD These great laced-up heels called, "Marith Heels" by KC Couture are available now at this round of Designer Showcase. They have the usual HUD allowing you to change each part of the shoe to your liking. I've chosen to keep it one color today but the options are endless. They are available in versions for Belleza, Maitreya, Slink and Tonic feet.  Last but not least to complete my look I chose the "Nightshade" nail appliers by IP Nails available now at SWANK. I've included a photo below that allows you to see the color options available to you as well as to see the different versions you can purchase. I always try to purchase the fatpack if it's offered so you can always wear your lovely manicure and pedicure with any of your mesh bodies, hands or feet.   Nightshade Nail Applier Options Before leaving for the festival I stopped off for some ice cream at a cute little parlor on the Sim "CafeBar" but at the last minute I chose a cherry ice which was delicious and less calories. I had the pleasure of attending the Dope Awards 2017. I was honored to be nominated for the second year in a row in the best model category. The venue was lovely and my guy and I walked the red carpet in style. I chose to wear the dress pictured below called, "Enchanted" by Sascha's Designs. It offers mesh sizes with alpha as well as the popular mesh body versions. The strapless satin gown has an Asian inspired print and a very full skirt.
