ESMERALDA

Greetings Everyone!

Esmeralda is a fictional character in Victor Hugo's 1831 novel The Hunchback of Notre-Dame. She is a beautiful French girl that constantly attracts men with her seductive dances, which of course eventually gets her into trouble. She does, however, also attract Quasimodo, the hunchback man that lives in the cathedral. He falls in love with her and attempts to protect her. Except for the Disney version the story does not have a happy ending but you have to admire Esmeralda for her beauty and resolution.  She had fire and passion! This round of InspirationSL is dedicated to Esmeralda with many wonderful things. Opening on March 19th it will end on April 9th so be sure not to miss it.  Also just in case you've heard anything different InspirationSL will not be going away. It will still be going strong as a quarterly event, bigger and better than ever!

I've chosen to share several items with you from this fantastic event. The first is this fabulous skirt with waist wrap called, "Inez Skirt" by Spyralle. It comes in several different color versions, I'm wearing #3. It comes with appliers for glitch pants or system layer option. The skirts and waist wrap are prim and can be resized and adjusted. With it I'm wearing the "Esmeralda" top in purple by PinkRayne. This cropped tank features a corset front tie and comes in several colors. Both pieces are now available at InspirationSL.

Next is the lovely "Esmeralda Jewelry" by Petit Chat. This set features a necklace, bracelet, earrings and two versions of anklets, one for flat feet and one for mid/high feet. The jewelry comes with HUDS for each piece allowing you to choose different glass and metal colors. It's available now at InspirationSL. I'm also wearing a fantastic headband by Petit Chat called, "Cameo". This headband comes with HUDS for several different color groups. You can choose the pieces on the band you wish to change separately. Easy to fit and adjust it will become a favorite I'm sure. It's available now at Fashion Dazzle.

Around my waist is the "Dahlia Belly Hip Chain" by Beloved Jewelry. The large and accent stones can be changed for many options. The delicate double chain with jewel drops looks amazing against the skin and can be sized to wear round the waist or the hips. In the photos above you will also note I'm holding a tambourine for my gypsy dance. The "Esmeralda Tambourine" is by Lucky Night. It's part of the "Esmeralda Outfit". Both pieces are now available at this round of InspirationSL.

A gypsy girl has to have dark wild ringlets that fall to her waist so she can drive men crazy. The hairdo called "Gypsy" by TuTy's Creations is perfect for the task. As I dance I'm sure men will notice the lovely manicure and pedicure on the tips of my fingers and toes. It's complements of Luna called, "Paisley" and can be found at InspirationSL. I've included a photo of the HUD so you can see the  many color choices available to you with this set. The graceful poses I'm using for the photo shoot belong to Fly Lily. The furniture you see in the background is a set called, "Gypsy Corner" by Zen Creations. It features an attractive wall hanging, bookshelf with books, pillows, curios, rug, ottoman, plants, baskets, and hanging light. Within seconds you can have a cozy reading corner or one to dance in.
