STormcrow Designs, bittersweet and Unbothered Dope Spring Fashion Week 2015 is in full swing with some fabulous designers participating this year including StormCrow Designs, Unbothered and BitterSweet. I'm wearing a great party dress by StormCrow below, with appliers for Omega and Physique, the fitted bodice has a mesh skirt overlay and comes with a wrap-around leather belt. I'm wearing it in red with sexy heels by Whore Couture. The jewelry is an onyx set bezeled with silver called Kiowa by Elemental Earth Designs. My hair is a side swept shoulder length style that dips slightly over one eye by Analog Dog. I'm all set to go! The dress comes with a six color choice hud. I'm wearing the bright pink and loving it! I'm set to do some dancing or explore the exotic and very authentic Kowloon Sim in this mesh leather mini dress that has a great detailed texture and skims the body perfectly. I'm wearing Leopard Heels also from StormCrow Designs, with a pencil thin heel and sexy ankle straps, they go very nicely with the dress. I love this short and sassy hairstyle by Tram and the gold hammered metal of the chunky necklace and bracelet from JUMO. Finally for my compact, lipstick and cell phone, I'm taking along this great little boxy clutch also from StormCrow Designs. In this outfit I doubt I'll be home before dawn! I love the way my hips look in this! A dress like this deserves something special for a shoe and these gladiator boots in gold by JUMO were just the thing. The loose tumbled waves drawn into a ponytail hairstyle is by EMO-tions and the wonderful chunky gold jewelry I'm wearing is compliments of Soedara. It's an exclusive made for DSFW 2015 and if you hurry you won't miss it! It comes in black and also white and has appliers for Omega and Slink. I'm wearing it with the Naxos Sandals in red by Hucci. My bold arm cuffs are from Boom and the gold "Earendil Necklace" is another of Soedara's lovely creations. Shown here in red it comes with a 5 texture option hud so that you can adjust the color of the stones. The hair, a gorgeous full cascade pulled up and back from my face is from CaTwA. The look definitely has Egyptian influences. I certainly wouldn't mind being Cleopatra for a while or at least looking like her. Don't miss this one ladies! Styling Credits:

The mix of patterns and color is perfect for the upcoming warm weather. I wore it to go shopping and paired it with the oversized "St Tropez Hat" by Blow Up, which I think goes really well with the dress and the oversized "Marinna Tote" from Indyra. The jewelry is a beautiful set called "Mariah's Butterfly Set" by RJB Jewelry. It's the perfect size, delicate butterflies outlined with diamonds and set in gold. It comes with earrings, necklace, bracelets and a ring. Pick yours up now ladies at DSFW 2015!
My picks.... It's that time of year again, Skin Fair 2015 starts today! I had the pleasure of being able to attend this event during the blogger's preview and I selected some of my favorites featured below to share with you. I'm wearing just a hair base and using the same windlight setting for each picture below, WL setting - Nam's Optimal Skin 2. The shape is my own. The photos below have not been retouched or doctored in any way. Skin Fair 2015 is well organized and is spread out among two Sims. There are designer exclusives and offerings for both women and men. The first I've chosen to feature for you is from Esode, a fresh, dewy soft look called "Emma", I'm wearing it in peach. "Emma" comes in a light day and night make up with cleavage options. There are appliers offered for Physique Mesh Body, Hands and Feet, the Maitreya Mesh Body and Lola's Tangos. Next is "Eloise" by Dulce Secrets in spelt. I like the high cheekbone look of this one. The shading around the eyes is very appealing as well. Dulce Secrets offers this skin with Omega and Physique applier options. Joli gives us "Satine" shown here in tan. It's a beautiful skin that looks like flawless marble. The finely arched brows and perfect shading of the cheekbones makes it one of my favorites of the season! "Satine comes with options for freckles, extra lip colors, eyeliners, and includes the Satine Shape. Jolie has made lots of appliers available including "The Mesh Project, Maitreya, Physique, Lolas Tango, Phat Azz, Baby Bump and Omega. "Sabry" in Caramel by Swallow is a slightly more exotic look with dark rimmed eyes and a glamorous beauty mark on the cheekbone. I like the more natural brow on this one as well. Swallow offers Banned, Physique, Belleza, Lolas Tango, Maitreya, and Phat Azz appliers. For that porcelain doll look, "Imogen" in Stigma by Imabee fits the bill. Delicate with almost luminescent translucence, it's a lovely skin with groomed brows. Imabee offers Phat Azz, Lolas Tango and Physique appliers. For a more ethnic look I love "Willow" in Mocha by New Faces. I fell for the lip and cheek shading and the mocha color is so natural and flattering. New Faces offers us options for Phat Azz, Lolas Tango, Maitreya, Venus and Physique appliers. If you are a fan of freckles than I recommend "Janis" shown here in tan by Shock. With a cute scattering of freckles across the bridge of the nose and upper cheeks and a natural gleam it gives the wearer a more youthful look and is definitely one of my favorites! Shock offers appliers for Banned, Omega, Phat Azz and Physique. Besides the new offerings of skins, Skin Fair 2015 is the time to check out exciting new make-up options as well. Shake-Up, MUA, Elymode and many others had some lovely new offerings exclusive to Skin Fair 2015 as well as some discounted old favorites. I've posted pictures of just a few of the goodies I snagged below: When you do head to Skin Fair 2015, be polite and respectful to all by lowering prims as much as possible and by not "parking" there if you aren't going to be present to shop. Let's keep it a positive shopping experience for all and of course most importantly fun!
Happy Shopping! AJ inspired creationsThe FASHIONART Event, produced by iNOVARE and sponsored by Master S&M is now open and running until March 20th, 2015. This special event salutes the amazing art work of Andy Warhol and Frida Kahlo. Several of Second Life's best designers are participating to exhibit exclusives that were inspired by one of these talented artists. Transportation around the event is set up via chair lift and the shops are broken down into three levels - lower, middle and upper. Hop on and off the chair lift at each level and then stroll down the tracks to the store you wish to visit. Keep your eyes open for the 5 Red Stars hidden on the FASHIONART parcel so that you can participate in the hunt! I found no lag on the Sim when I visited, during the middle of the day and the shopping experience was positive with all designers featured listed in the info packet you receive with urls to each location should you wish to skip the chair lift process. I was looking for some spring inspiration and I found quite a few goodies to share with you! I wore this lovely headpiece called "Frida Forever" by Kunglers to a casting. The large flowers, curved leaves and one perfect butterfly that make up the headpiece definitely start a girl thinking about the spring season and all the new collections that go with it. Also I'm showing the "Frida Forever Necklace" in gold by Kunglers as well. This piece comes in black and silver also. It's a striking statement piece that will elevate a simple dress or gown. The look showed up on the runways of Prada and Gucci for Spring of 2015 so I recreated it here for my gorgeous new suit from KosmO called "Still Life with Parrot". The suit is done in shades of rusts, oranges, golds and browns. The longer jacket with mandarin collar is balanced out by the shapely mini skirt that features a striking green parrot applique. I wore it with "Safari Wedges" by SSW and a pin that screams spring, a gold butterfly by Mira with jewel studded wings. My hair is a slightly messed razor cut bob with a curly texture and layered bangs by Lovely Butterfly. Notice my nails - a selection from Jam found at FASHIONART called "PopArt2", which looks amazing on my slink hands and feet. Last but certainly not least I'm carrying a clutch found at FASHIONART called the "Envelope Clutch in Flower Embroidery" by Vero Modero. Both colorful, exciting and original just as their namesakes were. I wore the Frida make-up with the "Retro Dress" pictured below by Sarick. The dress is a basic style but the eye-catching colors and patterns make it something to consider picking up when you drop by FASHIONART. It comes in several colors but I liked blue the best. I chose to pair it with these fantastic "Severed Garden" shoes by Uma. This unruly curly hairstyle by Monique was perfect for the look as were the earrings by Ben's Beauty. A sexy body skimming sheath with an unexpected arm cutout. It's modern and fun to wear! I'm wearing a new skin from Skin Fair 2015 - stay tuned for a separate post with all my picks! It's a much paler look for me but I think the creamy, milky tone is complimented well by the dress and make up. Styling Credits: Warhol Lipstick Dress by AnaMarkova (Available at FASHIONART) Jewelry by MiWardrobe Hair by Maitreya Make-up by Blacklace Beauty Nails for Slink Hands by Slink Poses by Vestige Styled by AriannaJasmine "AJ" Location: Private Studio Last but not least of my favorites I've shared here with you is the "Princess Maria Gown" by Asteria Creations. I chose to show it to you in ivory but it comes in other colors as well. The architecturally layered skirt is long in back and short in front allowing tantalizing views of sexy leg. The dress comes with matching gloves and a lively hat with a ribbon bow on top. The very fitted bodice has a deep plunging front so you can show off plenty of cleavage. This dress could even serve for the bride that wants something a bit different, especially in the ivory color. Instead of a fussy updo I wore a sleek little bob hairdo by Jade. I kept my make up very understated with a nude lip and kohl outlined eyes by Glamorize. The "Tia Heels" by Sheba compliment the dress perfectly, I love the delicate draping chains across the heel.
